Payment Methods
We support credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other electronic payment methods. Local customers in Hong Kong can also pay via bank transfer, FPS, PayMe, or Octopus.
Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and more. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments. Please wait patiently for the transaction to complete and avoid interruptions during payment.
PayPal
PayPal allows you to make payments using various methods, including credit cards, bank accounts, credit card balances, or PayPal account balances.

You can transfer funds to IBEX's account via HSBC's online and mobile banking, or use your HSBC or Hang Seng debit card at an ATM for transfers.

FPS (Faster Payment System)
You can make a transfer via personal online banking services. The FPS transfer function is usually located in the "Transfer" section; simply enter the recipient's "mobile phone number" to complete the transfer
1. Log in to your online banking, mobile banking, or e-wallet.
2. In the FPS transfer section, select the transfer method "Mobile Phone Number" and enter: 70753852.
3. Enter the payment amount and select the default receiving account.
4. Confirm that the recipient's name is IBEX HKG and check the payment amount.
PayMe

Alternatively, you can use your PayMe app to scan the QR code below. You can also save the QR code image, then select the image in your PayMe app and enter the payment amount to complete the payment.
1. Open the PayMe app and tap "Scan."
2. Scan IBEX's PayCode.
3. Enter the amount and tap "Confirm."
4. Review the transaction details and confirm the transaction by entering your password or using fingerprint authentication.
Octopus
