Workspace Rental Terms

• Rate: 3-hour session per person (full rate applies even if used for less than 3 hours); no partial rentals available.
• Includes: Access to basic leatherworking tools, such as an awl, needle, thread scissors, pricking irons, wooden mallet, cutting mat, A3 cutting board, leather knife, hole punch (0.5-10mm), burnishing stick, rivet setter, button setter, edge beveler, edge creaser, groove cutter, round punch, rulers (30-150cm), square ruler, roller, stamping tool, and stitching clamp.

Leather materials, hot stamping services, and instructor fees are not included.

Please arrive on time. Due to limited space, early arrivals cannot be accommodated.
For late arrivals, time will be counted from the original booking start time, with no extensions or refunds provided. If severe weather*, emergencies, or illness** prevent attendance, please WhatsApp 70753852 immediately, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, companions and pets are not permitted on-site.

No refunds are available after booking. To reschedule, please WhatsApp 70753852 at least 3 days before the start of your booking.

*Severe weather includes red/black rainstorm warnings, Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or extreme weather conditions.

**Emergencies or illness must be supported by relevant documentation.

In case of disputes, our shop reserves the right to make the final decision.
