At IBEX HKG, we dismiss mass production. Every piece is a calculated alignment of digital precision and artisanal soul.

  • Made-to-Order: Please allow 14–28 days for structural fabrication, hand-finishing, and rigorous quality calibration.

  • In-Stock Artifacts: Ready-to-ship items (such as leather care or specific editions) are dispatched within 3 business days.

  • Peak Season: During high-volume periods, production times may be extended to maintain our strict handcrafted standards. Your patience ensures the integrity of the work.

2. LOCAL FULFILLMENT (Hong Kong SAR)

We utilize SF Express to ensure secure and efficient delivery within our home city.

  • Complimentary Shipping: Applied to all local orders over HK$300.

  • Standard Delivery: For orders below the threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout or handled via SF Collect (pay on delivery).

3. GLOBAL LOGISTICS (International)

We bridge the distance between our Fo Tan studio and the world via secured international carriers.

  • Complimentary Global Shipping: Applied to international orders over US$100.

  • Carriers: Secured via FedEx, DHL, or Registered Airmail (selection based on optimal destination routing).

  • Estimated Transit: Typically 7–14 business days post-dispatch, subject to local customs clearance protocols.

4. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International recipients are the importers of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Responsibility: Import taxes, customs duties, and related fees are levied by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. TRACKING YOUR INTENT

Once your order departs from our studio, a dispatch confirmation will be sent to your email. This includes a Tracking Number, allowing you to monitor the journey of your artifact from our hands to yours.
